Once your initial consultation is confirmed, you will receive an email invitation to create your secure patient portal account. Follow the link in that email to set up your login credentials.
Before your first session, log in to complete your intake forms, consent documents, and health history questionnaire. Completing these in advance ensures we can make the most of your first appointment.
At your scheduled appointment time, you will receive a secure telehealth link. Join from any private location with a stable internet connection, and your healing journey begins.
