Getting Started
You can request an appointment by clicking the "Request Appointment" button anywhere on our website. This will open a short contact form. Once submitted, our team will reach out within 1–2 business days to schedule your initial consultation. You may also call us directly at 321-252-6560 or email hello@integralhhinstitute.com.
Your initial consultation is a comprehensive assessment that typically lasts 60–90 minutes. We will discuss your mental health history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, medications (if any), and your goals for treatment. This is a collaborative conversation — not a checklist. We want to understand you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms.
No referral is needed. You can schedule directly with us. However, we do encourage coordination with your primary care provider as part of our integrative approach, and we are happy to communicate with your existing care team with your consent.
We provide care for adolescents, adults, and older adults. Our approach is tailored to the unique developmental, emotional, and clinical needs of each stage of life.
Telehealth & Locations
All of our appointments are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video telehealth. You will receive a link before your scheduled appointment and can join from any private location with a stable internet connection — your home, your office, or anywhere you feel comfortable and safe. Telehealth allows us to provide the same quality of care as in-person visits while eliminating travel time and barriers to access.
We are currently licensed to provide telehealth services to clients residing in Florida, Arizona, and Massachusetts. You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your appointment. We hope to expand to additional states in the future.
Most of our services are provided via telehealth, allowing us to serve clients across multiple states. We also offer deep in-person intensive retreats in Kissimmee, Florida — immersive 2 to 3 day experiences for clients ready to do focused, concentrated healing work. For in-person intensives, clients are responsible for arranging their own accommodations in Kissimmee, Florida. Whether virtual or in person, we maintain the deep, personalized care that defines our practice.
A Deep Intensive is an immersive 2 to 3 day in-person experience held in the Kissimmee, Florida area. These sessions are designed for individuals who are ready to do focused, concentrated healing work in a compressed timeframe. Clients arrange their own lodging nearby and arrive ready to commit fully to the process.
Services & Treatment
Medication management focuses on the evaluation, prescribing, and ongoing monitoring of psychiatric medications to address conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and others. Psychotherapy (talk therapy) is a structured, evidence-based process that helps you understand and process emotional experiences, trauma, and behavioral patterns. Many clients benefit from both, and we offer integrated treatment plans that combine these approaches.
Trauma-focused psychotherapy is a specialized form of therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences — including childhood abuse, domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, accidents, grief, and other adverse life events. We use evidence-based modalities that are tailored to each client's needs and readiness, always at a pace that feels safe.
We treat a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD and complex trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, insomnia, grief and loss, narcissistic abuse recovery, and co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions. If you are unsure whether we can help with your specific situation, please reach out — we are happy to discuss.
Our Lifestyle Medicine Program addresses the six foundational pillars of health — nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social connection, and avoidance of risky substances. This program is available independently (no psychiatric appointment required) and is offered in three tiers: Foundation ($97/month), Integrative ($147/month), and VIP ($247/month). It includes weekly Zoom sessions, handouts, and community support. Learn more about the program.
Fees & Insurance
We are a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide you with a superbill — a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits.
Our fees vary by service type and session length. You can view our complete fee structure on our Fees & Pricing page. We believe in full transparency — there are no hidden costs or surprise charges.
Yes. We believe that financial barriers should not prevent anyone from accessing quality mental health care. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available based on demonstrated financial need. Please ask about availability when you contact us.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is collected at the time of service. HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards are also accepted.
Privacy & Policies
Absolutely. Your privacy is protected by federal HIPAA regulations and applicable state laws. All communication and clinical records are kept strictly confidential. We use HIPAA-compliant platforms for video sessions, messaging, and record-keeping. Information is only shared with your explicit written consent, or in the rare circumstances required by law (such as imminent risk of harm).
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand that life happens — if you have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. Our practice does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are a current client and are in distress but not in immediate danger, please contact our office and we will respond as soon as possible during business hours.
